- Observation on March 05, 2026Interviewed 2 staffs, 1 staff was retained the below information to client's file, 1 staff didn't know.- Ensure the protocol of retained sterility information to client's file is consistent. The sterility information (lot number and the expiry date) of the pre-purchased sterile equipment (microneedling cartridges, needles for neuromodulators) were not being noted on client's records/ available for review. Please ensure the sterility information of the pre-purchased sterile equipment used on the client is noted on the client's forms.
