      • Internal temperatures of perishable foods stored at room temperature without temperature control were : bean sprouts at 16.2 C, tofu at 23.1C, battered-deep fried mushrooms at 24C.Requirement:Ensure that perishable foods are stored at 4C or less OR at 60 C and higher.Bean sprouts, tofu and deep-fried mushrooms were discarded during inspection.
