      • Observation(s): • Automated chemical dispenser for utensil wash sinks not fully functional. This has been an on-going issue where the dispenser needs to be serviced to reliably provide the correct sanitizer concentrations for utensil and equipment washing.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.
    • F3.4 Are written sanitation procedures (Sanitation Plan) current and available on site?
      • Observation(s): • Accurate instructions for staff in the mixing and testing of sanitizer solutions are to be posted for reference. Signage is not available to guide staff in the mixing of Quats solutions by hand to ensure consistent practices are followed. Signage is available for the automatic dispenser but this unit does not function correctly - See F2.5
