      • Observation(s): • Automated chemical dispenser for utensil wash sinks not fully functional. This has been an on-going issue where the dispenser needs to be serviced to reliably provide the correct sanitizer concentrations for utensil and equipment washing.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.

      • Observation(s): • Accurate instructions for staff in the mixing and testing of sanitizer solutions are to be posted for reference. Signage is not available to guide staff in the mixing of Quats solutions by hand to ensure consistent practices are followed. Signage is available for the automatic dispenser but this unit does not function correctly - See F2.5

    Service: 0/5 (no service + rude staff) Food: 0/5 (disgusting) This Pizza neither taste or seems like a pizza. Terrible experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, there was essentially no service, and the food was honestly disgusting. Definitely would not recommend.

    We ordered a small Hawaiian with mushrooms, a medium Philly Steak Feast, and a medium cheese pizza with a parmesan-stuffed crust—and every bite was delicious! The pizzas arrived piping hot, and perfectly made. Service was efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a go-to spot when you're craving quality pizza and quick take out!

    Dear Domino’s, I thought we had something good going on. You used to be dependable, consistent, an easy choice when I needed something I could count on. But you’ve changed. Time and time again, the dough isn’t cooked and the cheese isn’t melted. I kept giving you another chance. You would impress me with your speed and price. But it was all smoke and mirrors to distract me from what is now your true nature. I’m tired of making excuses for you. Your “quality check” is just empty words. Tonight, I gave you one last chance. I even ordered my pizzas well done in anticipation, but once again, my dinner is in my oven as the cheese was cold and hard, and the dough was uncooked. I’ve let myself be burned one too many times, but not enough to cook my pizza. Goodbye Domino’s.

    We have ordered from Domino's numerous times with the expectation of consistency knowing what we usually get. Tonight I ordered and although it showed up in a timely fashion, the pizza was very subpar. Unfortunately it looks like they saw I ordered a "deal pizza" and ended up finding the balance for the profit loss in the lack of cheese the they put on the pizzas. Almost every spot you can see that's dark in color( most of the pepperoni), none of the meat or toppings are sticking to the crust. Maybe simply by the amount of pizza sauce, but that's barely any of that as well. Regardless, very disappointed as the pizzas are clearly overcooked, dry as a Kamloops summer and very under cheesed. Unfortunate because Domino's is usually our go-to for delivery, but likely go back to Pizza hut now.

    My mistake was ordering a 1145 am pick up. I noticed I didn't have the automatic smelly pizza smell in the car. This gets worse. They, two of em, were clearly overcooked. I hind site, I suspect they were cooked yesterday. Lastly, thinking back, there was only one person working. My two pizza were the only ones under the heat lamp.
