Best Western Kamloops Hotel

My son and I stayed here for two nights while visiting family. The hotel was super easy to find and access. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet both mornings and would like to try the pool out next time! The beds were comfy and warm and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms great rate and a decent self served. Breakfast would definitely stay there again oh, and I can’t forget the stuff. Very courteous very helpful. Just did a wonderful job.

This trip was for my friend's surgery and this location provided easy access to the hospital. There's several restaurants in the area and a large breakfast room in the hotel with a wide variety of items for everyone's tastes. The staff were friendly and willing to answer all our questions especially Veronica who does an excellent job of manning the front desk. We've already made a reservation to stay here in November.

We love Best Westerns and Kamloops Best Western did not disappoint! Each Best Western has its own personality. We really appreciated our last night on a 16-day trip in a place that felt like home. Huge rooms! Quality furnishings and a great breakfast. They're more like apartments than hotel rooms. Join up and follow the brand. You won't be disappointed on your travels.

Love love love! Staff upgraded us to a small suite which meant we all got our own beds! Staff was amazing! The water in a can was a nice touch. Also delicious. Pool was great! Kids stayed in it for hours. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. Thank you for providing brown sugar for the oatmeal! Will definitely stay again!

I think the reviews here are fake. We booked this hotel based on the reviews when passing Kamloops on the way home. Oh my god for $320 it is a total ripoff. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived very late around 2am, so only stayed here for 8 hrs. Check in was great, the lady working the reception was a delight. She even offered us juice boxes and water. Our only complaint is the smell in the hallway and most importantly the room itself. Very dated, sheets made of pure polyester so uncomfortable, pillows and bedding didn’t look fresh at all. Such a disappointment.

Contact the hotel and make sure your electrical outlet needs and usb charging needs are going to be met before you book the Accessible suite. Two of the outlets we wanted to use were located under a table. Not ideal for the Accessible suite. There were no usb charging ports at all. We needed to go out and purchase blocks, and borrow a power bar.

Booked a room through Best Western, did online check-in, all good and just needed to pick up key. At that point told "we don't give rooms to locals." So now we are trying to find a room at a higher cost. Maybe fix your booking and check-in system to match. One star service.

The pool and gym dont seem to be very well ventilated so we didnt feel comfortable using the amenities. But very clean and excellent location for where we needed to be.
