- No QUAT food sanitizer test strips were available onsite. Please ensure QUAT sanitizer test strips are ordered and available onsite.

- Light was visible through the base of the processing area rear door and loading unloading bay door. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and no visible light can be observed to prevent the entry of pests.

- A new chemical dishwasher was installed. Upon testing, it was found that the unit was not dispensing sanitizer as required.Inspection revealed that the chlorine sanitizer was discolored and contained debris at the bottom of the container. The chlorine container was replaced; however, the dishwasher still failed to dispense sanitizer.Further investigation showed that the chemical line inserted into the sanitizer container was labeled as detergent. The lines were corrected, and the dishwasher was retested. A chlorine residual was confirmed in the rinse cycle as required.
