- Observation(s): Overall yes, however there are a few items to address: 1. The floor ( under, in-between and behind) equipment requires a thorough cleaning. Food debris & grease build observed. This can create potential for unwanted pests. *Ensure to remove debris, clean, sanitize and monitor on a regular basis. 2. The back receiving door has a gap underneath and on the side. This can creates an entry way for unwanted pests. *Ensure to install door sweep and side sealant.
