- Observation(s): As per June 2025 and today's inspection: • Test strip of both bottle of sanitizer and dispensing area sample show concentration on the high level for sink/surface sani. Both dishwasher meeting required min at plate rinse temperatures

Spraying classroom tubs then rinsing off immediately with no allowance for contact time • Test strip of both bottle of sanitizer and dispensing area sample show concentration on the high level for sink/surface sani.
