- Observed breakfast cereal, coffee pot and client disposables stored inside a cabinet in the staff washroom. Manager was told to remove all the food and client supplies from the washroom and stored in a different area.
- 05. Is the facility operating in a manner that does not require a food handling permit from Alberta Health Services?
- Coffee is made onsite, and muffin purchased from Costco is sliced and repackage in plastic foil onsite.Manager was told to stop making coffee and repackaging muffins until dishwashing requirements are met.
