      • Observation(s): No test strips were available to measure sanitizer levels. The presence of test strips ensures that sanitizer levels are monitored and maintained at appropriate levels to effectively reduce microbial levels of contamination on surfaces to safe levels.

      • Observation(s): It was observed that a machine called "Leveluk K8" was being used to create highly acidified water for sanitizing purposes. Staff on-site noted that the pH of the water used for sanitation was programmed to be 2.5. EHO used their own pH test strip, and the pH measured at 6.0 and not 2.5 at the time of inspection.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

    I love this place! Stayed in Golden for couple of days and went there every day - fresh smuzies, coffee and matcha, combucha and fermented food. Also you can find lots of organic skincare there. And the staff is really nice & friendly.

Being on a very restricted diet, you can feel stressed out hunting for something to eat. This friendly, locally-owned family business sources Organically Grown fresh veggies and fruits, Bison pepperoni, deli meats, grains and snacks that fit every taste and budget. Thanks for the friendly service Jennifer! Im so happy to have found this gem of a grocery store!
