      • Observation(s): Chlorine sanitizer strips were not available on-site for the kitchen's food contact surfaces. Please notify your district EHO when test strips are available to verify chlorine concentrations (Recommended 50-100ppm).
      • F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): Owner/operator was mixing soap with bleach and using the solution as a sanitizer. Discontinue this practice immediately as soap interferes with the sanitizing efficacy of bleach.
