      • 1) In BAS room wooden (theater) had wood exposed. - Repaint the toy. 2) Cardboard puzzle pieces made of cardboard were observed in the infant room and have been mouthed and were wet. - Have toys that are smooth easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

      • 1) In preschool 3 the floor was in disrepair. 2) In preschool 1 bathroom the floor was in disrepair. - Repair the floors.3) In toddler 1 washroom the shelves had raw wood exposed. 4) The sensory table cover in preschool 1 had raw wood exposed.- Repair/ replace the shelves and table cover such that the surface is smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture. 5) In infant room paint was peeling off near the diaper table. - Repaint the wall.6) In preschool 1 there was water damage to the roof. -Repair and repaint the roof. 7) In preschool 1 the floor vent was in disrepair. - Repair/ replace the vent.8) In preschool 1 there was foam corner guard on the white cabinet which was taped onto the cabinet. - Replace the corner guard with material that is smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.
