      • *Thermometer was missing inside the preparation cooler. Place a thermometer into the cooler to monitor the temperature.

      • *Paper towel dispenser was empty at the hand sink located in the front service area/next to ice cream freezer. Please refill.

Sour cream and other previously used containers for food storage were observed in the dry storage area and walk in cooler. In the case of packaging, ensure food storage that does not violate the provisions of AR 31/2006 s 23(1). Packaging should ensure its contents and substances are not injurious to the health of a consumer of the food.

      • * Unfinished surfaces were observed in the outside servery. Wood surfaces were observed under the coffee serving area. Ensure all surfaces are easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
