- Manual dishwashing procedures was done without the sanitizing step.Ensure dishwashing is completed by washing, rinsing then sanitizer (by immersing the cleaned dishes in a sanitizer for about 2 mins) before air drying.

- The paper towel at the front handwashing sink and the paper towel on the back food prep counter were not observed to be in dispensers. Ensure dispensers are provided for the paper towels to help prevent contamination.

- Tongs were being stored inside of the raw meat with the handle directly touching the meat. This was corrected by the staff during the inspection. The tongs are now being stored inside a clean insert in the cooler drawer.
