    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • By 3 compartment sink - observed approx. 10 large bags of raw chicken (observed in pooling water) and 5-6 small bags of shrimps left in the sinks with no temp control. In addition, 2 grey bins of sliced rare beef left on rack next to the sinks with no temp control.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Weatherstrip required for side/emergency exit door.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Walk in cooler door does not close properly.
