      • Detergent empty (observed dried up residue on bottom of the container). New bottle available at time of inspection. Please ensure dishwasher equipped with detergent, rinse aid and reaching final rinse of >180F before use.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Designated handwash sink was obstructed by coffee servers on the side and an oven tray at the front. Please ensure designated hand wash station accessible for handwashing at all times.

      • No thermometer was observed in the cooler close to the drive-through window. Please ensure thermometer is available in cooler to maintain food safety at all times.

      • Chlorine test strips were not available for measuring chlorine sanitizer. Purchase chlorine test strips to ensure the sanitizer is testing between 100-200ppm chlorine.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 3 coffee jugs were observed close to the handwashing sink, making the faucet handles inaccessible. Please ensure the handwashing sink is accessible at all times and used for handwashing only.
