- The quats sanitizer was measured between 150 ppm. - The manager changed the solution during the inspection, and it was re-tested at 200 ppm. Please ensure the quats sanitizer solution is between 200 ppm to 400 ppm.

- The dispenser for the back handwashing sink was not operating. Repair the dispenser. A bottle of handsoap will need to be placed by the handwashing sink in the interim.
