- There were no bottles of bleach onsite for mixing the sanitizer solution. The solution inside the sanitizer spray bottles were 100ppm. However, additional bleach was not onsite for dishwashing or preparing fresh sanitizer solution. A new bottle of bleach was purchased by staff during the time of the inspection.

- There was no surface sanitizer solution prepared. Ensure santiizer solution is prepared and available whenever food handling is occuring. 100ppm bleach surface sanitizer solution prepared at the time of the inspection.

- There was food items and scoops stored under the paper towel dispenser by the handwashing sink. Ensure all food and utensils are stored in a spot that prevents them from being contaminated.

- Staff were washing dishes with soap and water. A sanitizing step was not being completed. Staff obtained purchased a bottle of bleach at the time of the inspection and a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution was made in the 3-compartment sink for dishwashing.
