      • Observation(s): Hot water was not being supplied in sufficient quantity at the time of inspection. The temperature was 26 C after 3 minutes of running the water. As discussed with the operator, the maintenance department will adjust the temperature to provide hot water to the facility.
      • 6.1 - Hot and cold running water must be supplied in sufficient quantity and pressure to meet the needs of the premises.
    • 15 - Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
