- 1. There was no sanitizer solution available for storing cleaning cloths. An appropriate chlorine sanitizer solution was prepared.2. Cleaning cloths were not placed in a sanitizer solution. Operator placed the cleaning cloths in the sanitizer solution.

- 1. A fly swatter was stored above an unsanitary bucket that contained olives. Exterior of container was unsanitary and lid was cracked. The operator disposed of the olives.2. Parsley was stored in an unsanitary sink in the back receiving/storage area. The parsley was discarded onsite.
