- A Large wooden cutting board covering the entire paper table is too close to the handwashing sink. - Install a splash guard or remove the cutting board.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Perishable foods such as cut vegetables were stored in room temperature. - All perishable foods must be stored at a temperature below 4C or above 60C. - Store in the cooler or store in an ice bin during rush hours only, as long as food containers are completely surrounded by ice.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- weatherstripping at the back exit door is in disrepair. - Replace/seal to prevent entry of pest of into the facility.
