      • Ensure that the walls are painted as needed; the facility is on a schedule to be painted.

      • Repair the water fixture in the preschool room and any other rooms as needed.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Ensure that children's bedding are stored in a manner that they are not in contact with other cots as discussed.

    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Handwashing sinks beside diapering change stations were blocked in two classrooms (had items stored in the sink).These sinks are designated for handwashing after diaper changes. Do not clean toys here. Corrected during inspection in both instances.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Some play items were not/could not be cleaned and disinfected:- For hard to clean toys, where paint is chipping or dust is in hard to reach areas, please refinish (repaint) and deep clean respectively to ensure that they can be easily cleaned and disinfected.- Ensure that all soft items, even those in the colour boxes, are laundered. - Run laundry on hot wash and hot dry cycles.- Rice/pasta/natural or uncleanable sensory items must be changed/removed weekly. Received inconsistent answers from staff.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • It was noted in two rooms where childrens' bedding was not adequately separated. Please ensure that bedding are stored in cubbies or in a manner that it does not touch neighbouring cots.
