      • 1. The busy boards in the basement toddler room are in disrepair. Portions of the board are currently covered by duct tape.Please properly repair or replace the busy boards so they are in good working condition.

      • The gasket for the front-loading washing machine had build-up of mold and mildew. Staff cleaned and sanitized it during inspection.Please ensure staff clean inside the washing machine on a weekly basis. Staff should also keep the door open after washing laundry to prevent moisture buildup.

      • The main floor kitchen faucet that is accessible to children had a hot water temperature of 55.6 degrees C.The bathroom faucet located in the upper floor had a temperature reading of 56.2 degrees C.Hot water should not exceed 54 degrees C for handwashing. The recommended maximum hot water temperature is 49 degrees C.
