- - No high level disinfectant was found onsite for extraction tools. Please acquire Preempt CS20 or other HLD for tools. Facility was using Maxill Nextgen wipes (ILD)- Alcohol was being used to disinfect eyewear. Please ensure that Maxill wipes are used for disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
