- Ventilation systems is not operational inside the pool area. Observed build up of moisture on the windows and high humidity. Staff indicated part to repair system is on order but will not be in for ~1 month. Repair ventilation unit. Until ventilation unit is repaired, create a temporary measure(s) to reduce humidity and moisture build up in the pool area.

- Observed staining and build up on pool deck including white build up on pool flooring and a round dark stain/debris build up on the pool deck. April 30, 2024 - Observed build up on the deck flooring on the south west deck area. Staff indicate that build up is epoxy product used int he pool finish. Surface is tacky, reviewed attempting to remove build up

April 30, 2024 - Facility has created a binder for pool information including copy of pool permit application, anti-entrapment plan (requires updating), receipt for main drains, water incident response plans. General Sanitation Written documentation: observed cleaning schedule with "Pool Deck Washing and Vacuuming Pool" in separate binder. Reviewed ensuring that cleaning schedule is complete and includes the items notes in section 13 (disinfection of pool deck and pool equipment). Pool basin deck is not currently being disinfected. April 14, 2024 - Written protocols not observed including water quality incident response plan and general sanitation plan.
