      • Drain valve on right sand filter is leaking. New part has been ordered and will be installed today or tomorrow. Repair leak. Ensure pool circulation system is maintained in good operating condition. Observed large white flakes (marcite) in strainer of the pool pump. Ensure that basket in the pump and is routinely check and foreign material removed.

      • Anti-entrapment plan indicates different pump that observed onsite. Anti-entrapment plan indicates a Pentair max E pro pump (P6EA6G36-207, 2hp) but Pentair whisper flow pump observed. Ensure anti-entrapment plan is up-to-date and reflects equipment currently installed. April 14, 2024 - Updated anti-entrapment plan received March 11, 2024. Pump information has been changes to Pentair Whisperflo 2Hp 230v. The new anti-entrapment plan indicates the following that may be incorrect and/or could not be confirmed during inspection. -Suction Outlet details: Hayward 9x9 max flo rate 190 GPM. Flow indicated is not consistent with specification of manufacture's certificate of compliance. -Outlet cover details: installation date 2024-Feb- 16, expiry date 2024-Feb-16. Previous anti-entrapment plan indicated replacement of covers in March 30, 2023. Confirm new main drain covers were installed and adjust expiry date to reflect 7-year lifespan as indicated by the manufacturer. April 30, 2024 - Site confirmed that new main drains were install on February 16, 2024. Anti-entrapment plan indicates maximum flow rate of 190 GPM. Manufacturer specifications indicate 172 GPM maximum flow rate. Amend anti-entrapment plan to reflect manufacturer specifications.
