    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • April 17, 2026: A sanitizer solution was not available, nor were test strips.April 25, 2025: A sanitizing solution was not observed at the booth. Please ensure that one of the approved sanitizing solutions is present at the booth. The operator indicated that they would get a bleach solution from their store.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Operators wanted to provide samples of a hydration drink, that had been premixed into dispensing carafes. Product had no means of temperature control. Packaging stated to consume "immediately" upon preparing.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • April 17, 2026: A satisfactory reservoir of hand washing water was available, however, a 20L bucket to catch water, soap and paper towel were not. April 25, 2025: It was noted that the vendor was providing drinks. A hand washing station was not observed. Please ensure that a hand washing station with warm water, hand washing soap and paper towel is present at the booth.

      • Operators were not present in the booth for the scheduled inspection time.
    • 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
      • April 17, 2026: Notification was received less than 30 days prior to the event.April 25, 2025: A special event vendor notification was not received. Please ensure that a special event vendor notification must be submitted to AHS 30 days prior to the event.
