      • *Written procedures were not available for review. Ensure proper written procedures for Client Care In The Event Of An Accidental Skin Cut Or Puncture is in place.       • *Soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser located at the hand-washing sink were empty. Please Refill and ensure adequate hand washing supplies are available at all times.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • *Two containers of Barbicide were noted with combs that were not fully submerged; only about one third of each tool was in contact with the disinfectant. Ensure all hair styling tools are completely submerged in the disinfectant solution to achieve proper disinfection.
