- At the time of the inspection, the process for washing the commercially filled bottles (on-site) was to wash the exterior in a sink with detergent then the interior with detergent from a bottle wash spigot, sanitize with H2O2 and then rinse. The correct process is to wash-rinse-sanitize then air dry.*** Please ensure the correct Wash-Rinse-Sanitize process is followed. ***
