      • The testing result of high level disifnectant has not been recorded but test strips are available. A copy of the monitoring log was provided during the last inspection. Please ensure to record result daily when the CS20 is reused within the 14 days period.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The mobile cart used for storing permanent make up supplies was not cleaned in the bottom tier. Please keep these items in an enclosed storage space.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Critical)?
      • 1. Both numbing creams had expired in 2021 and 2022. Please obtain new numbing cream that's approved by Health Cananda (i.e. has a Drug Identification Number).
