- Operator did not have original bottle of alcohol disinfectant to show that the product was appropriate and not expired.-Ensure disinfectant products have available information to determine if they are appropriate-Operator obtained rubbing alcohol to disinfect brushes. Recommended to dilute 1 part water, 2 parts alcohol, as per manufacturer's instructions. Operator to clean brushes with available brush cleaner before applying disinfectant
