- Push pins were observed to be used on the bulletin board in the gym.The operator immediately removed the push pins and used an alternative to post items on the board.
- 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
- Paper towels were not stocked in the boys' washroom.The operator immediately contacted the custodian and requested that the paper towel dispenser be refilled. Please ensure all washrooms are inspected and fully stocked with necessary supplies before the start of the program each day.
- 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
- The handwashing sinks in the children's bathrooms were tested using a probe thermometer and read 60C.Please ensure the temperature of all handwash sinks including washrooms used by children from the program are adjusted to a maximum of 54C. It is recommended that handwash sinks are set to 43C.
