- 1) Waterline by the cooler/under counter was sticking out from the wall.-remove the lines and if not in use, cap the lines properly. These lines shouldn't be a hazard to staff or customers.4) Walls/corner by the door was damaged and had sharp metal.-repair any damaged dry wall/walls/etc. All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.

These lines shouldn't be a hazard to staff or customers.2) Flooring around a floor drain was incomplete.-finish/repair the flooring. All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and in good repair.3) Press board was used below the counter top.-all surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.4) Walls were damaged-repair any damaged dry wall/walls/etc. All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.
