- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Operator recently replaced her Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant with Preempt RTU intermediate level disinfectant. A high-level disinfectant is required to disinfectant the tweezers used for lash application. Only the tweezer tips were being immersed in disinfectant solution. Ensure the tweezers are being fully immersed in disinfectant for adequate disinfection.

- There was a pink blanket on the service bed mostly covered with a wipeable, plastic cover. Operator indicated it is laundered every 1-2 weeks. Increase frequency to daily.
