      • Written procedure for decontamination of dual-purpose sink and client care in case of accidental cut or injury.

      • 1- An environmental surfaces disinfectant spray bottle was noted without label. Its contents could not be identified.Ensure all chemical containing bottles/containers are adequately labeled to indicate their contents correctly.2-Hair products were not labelled with their beyond use date according to manufacturer's instructions for use. Ensure all products are labelled with their expiry date.

      • Reprocessing sink was being used for hand washing and other purposes. A procedure for decontamination of dual-purpose sink is required to be completed. AHS template for procedure for decontamination was provided onsite to be completed.
