- 1. Chest freezers are not equipped with a temperature measuring device. 2. No temperature record is in-place for monitoring frozen foods temperature stored int the chest freezers. ACTION- -provide a thermometer for each chest freezer -monitor daily and record temperature of chest freezer when used for storing food.

- There were rugs/carpet mats in the van. Remove the absorbent carpet mats. All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.
