This is currently ALSO well below filter capacity (178gpm). Ensure turnover rate is maximized, recommend renovations to increase turnover.October 15/2025: Flow rate was LOWER than previous inspection (80gpm). Turnover time is double what is allowable (4 hours) and almost four times what is recommended (2 hours). **Please provide our office with a plan from engineer or qualified professional with regard to maximizing current flow (new pump installation must be approved by our office).

      • At least one missing/broken tile on side of the pool closest to the building. Repair tiles where needed. **Additional shut-down/basin repair planned for September (some staining on the bottom of the pool). Some tiles/deck areas have been repaired since previous inspection; no urgent repairs noted, acceptable to repair any additional areas in September.
