      • 1. One of two Triton filters not in use to meet minimum filtration area for required flow rate. Additional filtration will be required if water quality can not be maintained.2. Flow rate is not meeting minimum turnover (65gpm, just over 1/2 of required) due to plumbing issues. If water quality can not be maintained, additional recirculation may be required.

      • Automatic pump shut-off is not currently installed on recirculation pump as per anti-entrapment plan. Discussed and equipment is on-site and will be installed.

Unsatisfactory water samples noted in December.**Please provide our office with a written plan within 7 days on how circulation and disinfection will be corrected for this basin (alternatively, whirlpool could be closed until repairs are completed)**
