      • Flow rate is exceeding maximum capacity of filtration (238gpm on flow meter, minimum flow 82gpm, maximum flow of filters 176gpm).

      • Flow meter not working for swimming pool. Provide working flow meter so flow can be assessed daily (to ensure adequate turnover is being achieved.

      • HPC of 1540 CFU/ml was detected in the Feb 21, 2023 water sample.

      • Feb.26/24 Sample not tested; no date on label. Resample.
    • 06. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Critical)?
      • Stagnant water with a build up of oils/organics was noted in skimmer baskets during inspection. Backwash and repositioning skimmers corrected this issue. Ensure skimmers are consistently pulling water and are checked frequently to ensure they are providing surface circulation.
    • 09. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Critical)?
      • Although main drains were still clearly visible, water was cloudy at time of inspection. Ensure clarity is being noted on daily records and pool closed if issues with clarity noted.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Some values on manual tests are out of acceptable range (pH at 7.7 etc). Ensure corrective actions are recorded when ranges are not within regulatory requirements (closed pool, recalibrated controller, manual addition etc).
