      • No written procedures on accidental cuts and puncture were available on site. AHS written procedure template was provided to the operator via email.

      • No hand soap was available by the hand washing sink at the time of inspection. Operator placed liquid soap for hand washing during inspection.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • One service chair was noted to be in disrepair with large tear noted on the seat cushion. Operator will only use remaining chairs in good repair for the services provided.
