      • Observation: Observed that the hot water for the 3 compartment and the hand washing station was turned off, this does not provide accessibility to the hand washing station when needed. The staff would be required to turn on an separate lever each time. Does not allow for proper hand hygiene practices. Temporarily this will be used with lever as there is now limited operations of only scoop ice cream taking placing. More extensive food handling has been closed currently. Operator to inform the area EHO when it is resuming.
      • Observed leaking for from the faucet of the 3 compartment sink. This must be repaired to working order.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all faucets have hot and cold water in adequate quantity and pressure at all times of operation. Ensure that the faucet leaking is repaired.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop observed stored in a cardboard box on top of ice maker. Carboard box is not sanitary to store ice scoop. Operator removed the ice scoop and to store it in a clean container. Maintain this container clean.

      • Observation: SHelvings noted built with raw wood. Raw wood is not easily cleanable. Raw wood to be sealed and or painted in a way that it is easily cleanabale.
