      • Observation: SHelvings noted built with raw wood. Raw wood is not easily cleanable. Raw wood to be sealed and or painted in a way that it is easily cleanabale.
      • Corrective Action(s): Seal all shelving with raw wood where food storage is. Ensure shelve are easily cleanble.
