- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Condiments and cut veggies were observed without temperature controal and no time as a public health controal was being implemented. Food was outside of temperature control for more than 2 hours.
- Corrective Action(s): Corrected During Inspection: the food items were immediately and verified as discarded. Operator to use and place the condiments and items inside small dandy cooler. Operator instructed to add in a prep cooler for these operations.

- Corrective Action(s): Corrected During Inspection (CDI): the operator & staff were instrucdted to immediately prepare solution. Solution was prepared and measured at 200ppm Chlorine. All surfaces (Food Contact) were cleaned and then sanitized during inspection.
