- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water is not always available at the 3 compartment sink. The water temperature is not consistent due to the other high domed food processing at the browing co. / FO/ connected to the same hot water tank.
- Corrective Action(s): By Monday, please review the plumbing issues and the future improvements at the facility. Suggestion is to clearly separate these two facilities ( FE-1 from FO ).

- Main dishwasher did not have any sanitizer available but after couple of cycles the chlorine has been measured at 100ppm. Test strips and daily monitoring log is available for the kitchen/ back area.
- Corrective Action(s): All glasses will be washed at the main dishwasher/at the back. Please ensure that the glass washer is supplied with chlorine as approved sanitizer at the final rinse cycle. Test strips for chlorine need to be available at the front for daily monitoring of sanitizer and daily chemical log for glass washer must be available and recorded daily concentration of the chlorine.
- Follow up inspection will be conducted on Monday/April 12 at 1pm.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to not store food, utensils or equipment on the grease trap. The grease trap stores old grease and sewage, therefore it is contaminated.
