- 1. Temperature of hot holding was measured at 45 degrees C. This was corrected during the inspection.2. Chopped veggies, cheese were transported to event venue and held at room temperature. Temperature was measured at 13 degrees C. Food items were sent back to the facility.**Ensure high risk foods are stored and held at 60 degrees and above or 4 degrees and below at all times
