      • 1) Staff reported not sanitizing dishes after manually washing them.2) Some food equipment which was sanitized was not rinsed after sanitizing, which is required according to the chemical's instructions.-Wash dishes with soap, rinse with water, and then soak in sanitizer for 2 minutes. Rinse if instructions require, then air dry
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Milkshake machine had splatter caked on the stand.-Thoroughly clean after use

      • The debit machine was observed to be covered in grey duct tape, which is not a smooth, easily cleanable, or impervious surface. This can lead to the trapping and the spread of contaminants.Please remove the duct tape so the surface of the machine is a smooth and cleanable surface.

      • The Food Handling Permit was observed to be expired.Please print and post an updated Food Handling Permit in a location visible to the public.

      • Meat slicer had food debris all around it. The blade sharpening housing had an accumulation inside, the meat holder had splatter, and the underside and counter beneath the slicer also had debris.-Ensure the meat slicer is full cleaned after each use
