We heard so much about this place being a great cider for families and it was! My LO had so much fun checking out the chicken coop, and the kids' zone. Not too many food options but the ones they have were good enough. Nice staff too! Note: you should pay for the kids zone, which was not what we expected but it was fine anyway. Gonna be back!

Folktale is a great place for families to come and hang out. Its location is excellent and there was plenty of parking. They had a big kids area with a jumping pillow, but it costs $10 to get entry. The food was insanely expensive and the quality was poor. The “bahn mi” was just some grilled pork on a hotdog bun, and the salad was just drenched in dressing. The cider was just okay as well. The flights were pretty expensive and we didn’t love anything we got. Overall, it’s a great family environment but the prices are way too high for the quality you get.

A True Gem in the Okanagan! We found our new favourite weekend spot! Folktale Cider is a stunning place to relax with incredible food, drinks, and views that make you feel right at home. The owners clearly take immense pride in their new establishment, very nice meeting Christine and it was a pleasure chatting with the head chef, John, and his wife—they make a fantastic team! The food was outstanding; the Cubano Panini was excellent, awesome flavours, I might not share it next time, and the coffee lattes and cheesecake were top-tier. A highlight was the homemade mushroom soup and focaccia the chef brought out—truly next-level flavour! We also loved that it’s dog-friendly, making it the perfect stop after a walk on the nearby Okanagan Rail Trail. Even in February, the outdoor picnic area was spotless, and the interior is incredibly cozy. To top it off, the cider and beer are a perfect 10/10. We can’t wait to come back this summer after a bike ride! I’m adding to this review, new pictures… My husband and I returned to Folktale Cider again today for a wonderful lunch and drinks outside yet again! We met the owner Blain, he’s super friendly and invested in his customers! I must say, there aren’t a lot of places these days that the owner gets to know his customers and make genuine connections. It’s really great to experience the personal touch and wonderful customer service! in our experience, customer service has really gone downhill these days but this topic places top notch! Thanks again Folktale Cider for a fantastic afternoon 😊

Delicious food and assortment of beverages. Great indoor space and fun inflatable outside for the Kids. It is like a bouncy bubble! Loved it.

First time here! Loved the vibe it had. Great little area for kids. With a big jumping thing a little zipline. They had outdoor games to play. More than just alcohol there. Had lattes, coffees and other things. Could mix and match beer and cider flights. Nice comfy seating on the inside. was all good. Will definitely be back again.
