      • Drain plugs were not available for the two-compartment sink. Staff were unfamiliar with the two-compartment sink method for manual dishwashing.       • The soap dispensers at the hand wash sink and the two-compartment sink were not functional. Staff indicated they use hand sanitizer rather than washing hands. The hand wash sink was blocked with a large roll of plastic wrap.ACTION REQUIRED: repair and/or restock soap dispenser. Keep handwash stations accessible at all times - do not block with equipment. Retrain staff on handwashing requirements.

      • Staff onsite did not have formal food safety training and was not well versed in food safety requirements. ACTION REQUIRED: ensure someone in care and control has food safety certification.
