      • The sanitizer solution at the baby room diaper change area was less than 100ppm bleach.

      • (1) The ceiling panel above the cubby area was water damaged and stained.June 2, 2026 - Newly water damaged sections of ceiling tiles were observed.

      • CDI - The bleach spray bottle in the Infant Room #1 was not labeled. Staff labeled it immediately.

      • (1) The ceiling panel above the cubby area was water damaged and stained.(2) There was a large section of ceiling tile missing around the ceiling vent in the preschool washroom.

      • (1) The maximum hot water temperatures at hand sinks accessible to children in the daycare side was too hot. Temperatures ranged from 56.6°C - 58°C.

      • (1) The water faucet in the OSC Room #1 washroom was taped to prevent the handle from being pushed too far back to a hotter water setting.

      • (1) Staff personal item (jacket) was observed on top of the toy shelf in the Toddler room within reach of children.(2) There was no designated storage for brooms (cleaning equipment) throughout.

      • CDI - There was no toilet paper in the Infant Room #1 washroom. Staff put toilet paper on the dispenser immediately.

      • (1) The training toilet seats in the Toddler washroom were being kept on top of the toilet water tank.
