      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 15 Jan 2026 was unsatisfactory: HPC 1700 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

    • 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Inconsistent pool water sampling. Only 3 samples submitted in June 2024 and only 1 sample submitted in July 2024 to date.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) The flow meter reading was noted to be 35 GPM, which is less than the minimum flow rate of 39 GPM for the cartridge filter.2) The pressure gauge of the cartridge filter was nonfunctional.The operator was advised to clean the cartridge filters for better filtration and to achieve appropriate flow rate.The operator was also advised to fix the pressure gauge to enable backwash of the filter in a timely manner.

      • The turnover period was calculated to be 6.6 hours, which is in exceedance of the required turnover period of 6 hours.

      • Scum build-up was observed on the walls inside of the pool.

    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Alkalinity level was observed to be low at 32ppm. Maintain the alkalinity level between 60-180ppm.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Algae growth was noted on the caulking along the perimeter on the bottom of the pool basin. Clean the algae growth at the bottom of the pool basin.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Missing and In consist water chemistry testing was noted. This included missed days where no testing occurred as well as missing results for pH and alkalinity. Test and record the manual testing of the pool once per day.
