    • C10.2 - Are children supervised, and are employee to children ratios maintained?
      • Observation(s): Upon LO's arrival two children were lying on the ground outside the program room. LO walked into the room and asked Manager if the children were attending the program that day. Manager stated that they could have been attending the cooking class across the hall. LO reviewed the attendance with the number of children in the room. 2 children were missing. Manager asked the children in the room is they had seen where the children had gone. Other children did not know where they had gone. Manager left the room and looked in the hallways, walked to the bathroom where the children were found and brought them back to the room. The current procedure is that if children need to use the washroom, they are expected to ask the staff prior to leaving. The two children did not do this today.
