      • Scoops were noted inside the bulk containers. Please do not store scoops inside bulk containers.

      • General cleaning and organizing is required in the back prep/storage area. Please clean and organize the back area.

      • 1. Cleaning cloth was noted to be stored on prep counter. Please be advised that all cleaning cloths must be stored in the sanitizing solution at all times. 2. One of cleaning cloth was noted to be damaged. Holes were noted in this cloth. The operator discarded the cleaning cloth during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that all cleaning cloths must be in good condition.
    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • It was noted that food handlers were not washing hands between tasks. Importance of hand washing was discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please be advised to wash hands between tasks, before putting gloves on and after taking them off, after handling soiled dishes and before handling food items.

      • Nonfood related items were noted to be stored with food related items. Please designate an area to store nonfood related items located away from food prep and storage area. Please do not store nonfood related items with food related items.

      • General cleaning and organizing is required throughout the facility. Please clean and organize the facility thoroughly and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner at all times.

      • A play pen along with blankets were noted to be stored in the back prep area. Please remove all sleeping provisions from the facility.

      • A paper towel was not observed by the hand washing sink. Please acquire a paper towel.

      • Mold was noted in the mini fridge located in the front prep area. The operator indicated that they are not using this fridge and is unplugged. Please remove this fridge from the facility.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • General cleaning is required in the facility. Buildup was noted on all three dishwashing sinks. Please clean the facility thoroughly and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner at all times.
